John Jackson is a Whiskey made with mixtures of distillates of Corn, Malted Barley and Wheat in unique proportions and based on the recipe of a producer from the United States called John Jackson. Very little is known of John Jackson, except for myths and local literature from Bourbon, Kentucky. It is said that the mixture of grains was unique and also accompanied by a distillation process done 5 times, which is very different from the standard of 2 distillations that is maintained until today in the United States industry. The alcohol base is processed in the USA and imported to Chile.
